Hi everyone. I'm new to the board and to the BMW family (been driving a 350Z for the past 9 years).
I ordered a 2015 M235i on March 14th for a little over $46k with the following options.
Mineral White Metallic
Black SensaTec
Brushed-Aluminum trim with Black high-gloss accent
Driver Assistance Package
Technology Package
Manual Transmission
Enhanced USB and Bluetooth plus Smartphone Integration
Black Kidney Grills
My salesman sent me an email on April 2nd saying,
"Your M235 is "in production" status. Once it is "produced" you should be able to track it."
I'm not sure if those are made-up statuses or not, as they don't seem to line-up with other tracking statuses I've been seeing on here, but I'm not overly concerned.
I'm currently in the phase where it doesn't quite seem real, I'm not going crazy about the wait (yet), but I am constantly questioning all my order options. :)
Anyway, I just wanted to share my experience so far. This seems like a great board. Super excited to get the car and to be a member.
