Why, oh why?

As it's my birthday, decided that my wife and I would enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the golf club.

On arrival the car park was only half full and I picked a 'safe' space away from any careless parkers.

Walking from the car, I stopped in amazement to watch a women in an A4 convertible ignore the dozens of free parking spaces, and shoehorn her car into a space, between two other cars, that would have been a tight fit for a smart car.

The woman then performed what I can only describe as acrobatics to extricate herself from her car!

Why do they do this?

Please Help! Coding Issue!! LED Strip Gone

After coding using the cheat sheet r33 provided, I was able to get all the features listed in the sheet working. However, my interior LED lights are gone!!!! And both driver side and passenger side' interior FOOT LIGHTING are also gone! See pictures. I didn't touch any other module other than the modules listed in the sheet.



Now I'm desperate....could someone help me please....

Reset service light = reset computer and seats?

I picked up my car right before my mechanic closed and he said he had to disconnect the rear brake pad sensor and reset the service light, I thought I needed new rear brake pads.



The memory seat settings, navigation settings(avoid ferries, 3d maps, nightmode), saved radio stations, split screen setting, air conditioning temperature, equaliser and a few other things all reset back to defaults.



But ironically not service number and BMW hotline number.



Any1 else experienced this?



So anyway, lesson to take home here is, if you have a service light, make note of all your settings.
