Fan running at max all the time

After having installed the Wagner intercooler my fan is very loud and is running full speed, after shutting down the car i can clearly hear the fan throttling down



No limp mode, errors messages or power loss



Did a search and seems the N55 has this problem together with limp mode but my N20 is only the fan issue



What seems to be the problem:(
