High Methanol Injection Flow on Vishnu PWM

I have trouble for my Vishnu PWM recently, I always got SES flashing 5 times when WOT, I know that it means over flow(I set 50 in Injection mode), after checking log, the max Methanol Injection Flow reaches to 70, so I reset 57 in Injection mode, but I can't see turn signal flash, I have changed all tubes without any connector and no leakage found but still didn't work, what's wrong? Please help.
