LED Headlight testing kit were to buy????

Hello guys i sell car body parts and lights and i recently sold a Audi LED Xenon headlight and the customer has sent me pics of our light supposedly fitted to the car and the LED strip does not work, now i dont know if its his old headlight still and he's trying to pull a fast one or ours is a faulty item but anyway my point is does anybody know of any type of LED testing kits out there? ive seen a few vids of people abroad using some type of kits (Cant make out what they are exactly) so they must be available somewere as this could be a regular problem with selling these LED lights.

Any help would be much appreciated!
