On the fence about HK upgrade

Can anyone tell me what, beside better sound, one gets by ordering the HK audio upgrade? I'm ordering a pretty stripped 328i next month and just can't quite decide. The ~$800 might go better to some aftermarket rims or such.



For example: Is iPod integration at all altered by having the HK audio?
