2-series depreciation after two years

Wondering out loud. How are the 2-Series fairing out? We're now closing in on the end of its second production year. I've seen both 228i and M235i in the pre-owned market both dealer and private party advertised.



I've taken note of the 2014 M235i which MSRP'd around $50K are now commanding about a $5K hit with less than 10K miles and about 36 months of manufacturer warranty/maintenance remaining.
