Hello ... stupid question but an important one for me.
Given the addiction to cell phones and cell phone integration these days, I'm wondering - does BMW Online rely on cell phone connection/integration ?
Or is BMW Online completely independent of mobile phones ? Obviously, there is a lot of data transfer for the BMW Online stuff like weather, news, etc. I thought I read somewhere that it requires your phone and data plan, but I'm not sure at all.
Can someone who has used BMW Online please clarify ! Thanks !
Also, what is the difference between BMW Online and BMW Apps ?
