Do you think BMW would release an AWD M2?

Here's the source article that claims BMW will release an AWD M2 in markets like Canada. Personally I am ecstatic if this is true. Living in Canada M cars have always been off limits, especially because where I live winter is 10 months of the year with alot of ice and snow.
