A buddy and I were at the local liquor store picking up some brew and we saw that a lady driving the Altima backed up into my friend's F30. As we were walking out, she got out of her car, saw us, and went back in and quickly drove off. We were unable to get a clear view of her license plate =/
Is there any way to sharpen the video to see her plates? We obtained her receipt from the liquor store but no name or signature.. only her last 4 credit card number.
