Good gopro external mic

Iv been testing out external mics on my GoPro but am having a problem getting one that pics up good exhaust notes.

Here is a test I did of one, picked up the higher RPM notes but down low especially rolling out in 1st it made the deep v8 grumble sound like a v6 just didnt pick up the sound.



This is with the mic on the back of the trunk.
