LSD installed: how do I brake it in?

I'm just about to collect my new M235i after M-P LSD installation. Is there anything special I should pay my attention to?

- programming: how do I check whether the Dealer has done it properly?
- initial brake-in: I read about necessity to perform several figures-of-eight in each direction, at idle speed, before starting using the car in a normal way (i.e. applying the full torque). Any details on that?
