Will 9x19 (ET29) wheels fit on all 4 corners? What tire sizes?

Non lowered car, m235i.

What tire sizes would prevent both Speedo inaccuracies, rubbing and camber issues? Could I even do 245s all around so I could rotate tires?

Was also thinking possibly 225/35/19 up front, 245/30/19 on back.
