2014 - 20% off and $2500 credit?

Does anyone know if the $2500 credit still applies for the 2014 models?



Considering going after a 14' M5. Should i shoot for 20% off including the $2500, or negotiate 20% off and then hit them with the additional credit?



I will gladly accept any negotiation advice.
