I monitored my coolant temp on a long run yesterday, Can anyone confirm what the temperature needs to be to let the re-gen happen?
I was reading 85deg - 87deg it did go over 90deg but only when parked (no air cooling the engine I guess)
I've read on here 85deg to 95deg is a high enough coolant temperature for a regen to happen (as long as all other sensors allow the DPF to start)
Basically I want to confirm my coolant thermostats are ok before I move forward.
Thanks
