My 2011 335is (75K miles) has developed 2 areas (2'x2' approx) on the paint with "acne" like little bumps under the surface. They are under the clear coat! Someone likened them to the grease from chicken soup! The car has original paint, Lemans Blue.
The areas are not connected, the driver side trunk and passenger side hood, and I'm afraid to look anymore!!
I notice these areas 3 weeks ago when drying the car. I routinely wash and wax the car myself regularly using Zaino, Duragloss, Meguiars, Griots. Everyone tells me that I keep it looking good; but now...
Has anyone experience something like this?
There is not surface spotting or anything around these areas. I am tending to believe that this is a BMW paint job problem.
And where do I find help?
