then runs into the shoulder, and then recovers. I couldn't figure out what was going on until I saw this:

When it first popped into our field of view, it certainly looked like it was going to land on the highway instead of the local airport on the other side of the trees. This is less than a mile from my house, so I'm used to it, but the guy behind me certainly wasn't.

Now I'm kind of irritated that I haven't gotten around to mounting the rear-facing camera.
