Remap or Bolt-Ons First?

My engine plans for my 135i include cat back exhaust, BOV + chargepipe, induction kit, FMIC (at the very least).



As far as software goes, i will be getting a flash based map put onto the ECU from a reputable tuner in the area (DMS Automotive). They quote figures of 370BHP + 405LB/FT from previous maps on a stock 135i engine. I have a friend with a 335D, and he had that remapped by them, and he did achieve what they quoted for his car on a dyno, so it's a reliable gain.



My main question is, do i go for the remap first, or do i wait until i have installed all the bolt on mods? Or does it not really matter?
