Hi Gents,
Just got back from the drag strip. I managed to get an ET of 11.24s @ 123mph with boost target and post shift timing issues.
Below are the slips and logs:
ET 11.24@123mph
http://ift.tt/102EJta
ET 11.29@125mph
http://ift.tt/102EHBx
Car Setup:
RB Turbo FBO N54 E92 6AT - Running E50 with 100% meth
Tune: OFT Stage E40 Tune as backend flash stacked with Procede
In my quest to chase the elusive 10s pass :D, could you all please help me with the following queries:
Issue 1:
In the last 2-3 weeks, I have not been able to hit the boost target as set in Procede. Currently, it's 2-4 psi under target as per below:
3500rpm - 19psi (Target), 15psi (Actual)
4000rpm - 20psi (Target), 18psi (Actual)
4500rpm - 21psi (Target), 18.6psi (Actual)
5000rpm - 21psi (Target), 19.7psi (Actual)
5500rpm - 21psi (Target), 19.5psi (Actual)
6000rpm - 20psi (Target), 18.3psi (Actual)
6500rpm - 19psi (Target), 17psi (Actual)
Queries:
1. Is there anything that I could do on Procede to fix this issue? P&ID controller, boost gain adjustment etc.?
2. RB turbo (with upgraded thrust) is relatively new with just 5k miles. I presumed the turbo should be fine and shouldn't have trouble achieving the above boost target. I do not have such issue until recently and I did not change anything on the car apart from tweaking the tunes to fix the post shift timing issues. Is there any other check that I should do, for the hardware side of things?
Issue 2:
I am still suffering from post shift timing issues but a weird one in the sense that timing will recover back to target after 6000rpm. It should be noted that if I were to just run on OFT Stage E40 flash tune, I will get a perfect post shift timing.
Stage E40 Flash Tune ONLY Data Log:

Queries:
3. Is stacking the issue here?
4. Could the DME be pulling timing as target AFR (12.5) is not met? It's running richer (10.5-11.5) now due to meth.
5. I have just received COBB AP V3. Will a new high boost flash tune resolve the post shift timing issue?
Cheers,
Alex
