Ava Wheels = Z Performance Wheels !!?

hello guys im in the process of buying Z PERFORMANCE wheels ( zp8 model ) for 1200 euros for 4 wheels and now i just found out that AVA wheels have the same wheels and design as z performance wheels from romania ? is it possible that both companies are fake or one uses the other wheels with just a different badge to sell them at a higher price ???? id like to get you advice on that before i get scammed really bad ?
