Leased thru BMW Financial Service. you have to pay lease transfer fee. Also there is $3500 due upon lease takeover half deposit once application is submitted another due before key turn over. This is the Refundable Security deposit (7 MSD) I pay to BMW which BMW hold on the lease and in the contract. This is why the lease payment is so low. The full amount is in the contract and will return by BMW upon lease end back to you. So essential this is a ZERO DOWN out of pocket lease.
LOW LEASE PAYMENT, where you can get $440 a month lease (plus your state tax) zero down for a loaded M235i!
No low baller and no trade,.. Don't ask me if you don't know what is 7 MSD or don't have $3500 upfront for Refundable MSD, search the forum. I done several lease transfer and understand what it takes. Serious taker only, otherwise I can trade the car at Carmax without a lost. Just giving this a chance to other people.
PM if interested. Out of state I will work with your shipping company to pick up the car. I have done lease transfer locally and also to NJ for other member.
