Door issues

So I've had zero issues with my m235i up until this recent week where I had a WTF moment :confused2. I was driving about 70-75mph on the highway when I hit a decent dip in the road. After I hit the dip I starting hearing the noise as if my window were slightly cracked open. I thought maybe my gf had accidentally rolled the window down so I hit the window switches. Come to find out the windows were sealed tight and my door somehow opened/unhinged itself!! At this point I'm thinking how the hell did this just happen after hitting a dip in the road?? My gf of course is freaking out and has to open the door as I'm driving to shut it..

Has anyone ever come across this issue before as well??
