Will ET40 19.x9.5 Wheels fit the rear?

I know that ET45 is the preferred offset for the rear but I found a good deal on M3/4 reps with the following sizes:

19x8.5(F) ET35
19x9.5(R) ET40
BoltPattern: 5x120
Hub : 72.6

Will ET40 19.x9.5 Wheels fit the rear?
