DINAN INTERCOOLERS X5 50i M Sport

I just wanted to get any input that I can about the DINAN Intercoolers for the X5 50i. I was considering ordering them while they are on sale this month along with the stage 4 flash. First and foremost is it WORTH it? Secondly, does anyone have this already and how well is the performance change?
