Engine Light Codes Help

My Service Engine Soon Light came on:



Used an accessport to see what they were:



P2098

P2271

P2C32

P2C6B



I recently had all 6 fuel injectors replaced.



Then spark plugs and tune.



I do have a BMS Downpipe Fix.



Is this a major issue, is it safe to drive in the meantime?
