Windows not working AT ALL

Ok so I recently did an lci xenon retrofit so I swapped out my FRM3 BASIS for an FRM3 MAX. After I did this everything works normally EXCEPT for the windows. They don't even drop the 1/4 inch when you open the door. I've tried re-initialising and the motor isn't bad because when I put the old module in the window work fine. Right now they're just completely stuck and won't open at all.

Anyone know what the problem is here?
