Getting headlights customized need opinions!

So I have a company that is going to do some custom work to my headlights. I have Bi-xenon AHLs. So i didnt want to spend $2500 for the clear Euro Look. Im going to get the housings replaced with new ones because mine are scratched to hell. on top of that im getting PLASMA halo rings (havent seen them on anything yet) and an HID kit along with an LED ribbon across the bottom (like audi) now while they have the lights they can do something like take that amber reflector out of the housing. They told me that they would do it but it would leave a "void" that may or may not look right. I was thinking just leaving it there and dealing with it. What do you guys think?? I cant imagine what it would look like but they are headlight experts and they said it may not look right they said most people just have the reflector painted but a black reflector will stick out more on my color scheme than the amber one.
