So I've been debating with myself for sometime about whether or not to install a clutch stop.
I'm very used to the clutch travel as is by now a year into the car, but I still wonder how a clutch stop would change the feel of shifting.
What I don't really know is any negative effects a clutch stop can have on the car. Additional wear to the clutch. Changes in behavior once the clutch heats up. I'm not very technical with cars so I can't gauge for myself whether this could potentially have any unwanted side effects.
Can someone shed some light on this?
