I just saw this today, in fact it was already dark so the image isn't the greatest. I'm thinking it's brake fluid due to a bad hose, crush washer or something to that effect, however I'd like to know opinions of what else it could be. I'd rather not go through the hassle of jacking the car up, taking the wheel off and planning to make a repair if I'm inevitably going to have to take to the dealer/indy.
I'm an engineer (electrical) and so-so at turning a wrench. I'm fine with doing brakes and light work, but if this is fluid is from a drive component then I'm not touching it.
Forgot to add car is a 07 328xi e90 MT. As of this writing no indicators in the dash are lit.
