Facing 3 weeks of driving 3K miles starting next week, I am distracted by the fact that when I use Google Maps to send an address to the nav that it is always labelled "My Information".
I asked BMW Assist and a BMW 'Genius' who told me there was no way to edit the header. This means that I have 15 addresses for this trip but I can only see the street address in the message center and not the city. I have to click on the individual message to see the complete address and even then there is no specific information about that location other than the address.
Am I missing a way to move these 'messages' over to the Nav address book where I can edit the header to help me more easily identify the "My Information" addresses?
I think the issue described here is the same when sending an address from the BMW remote app.
BTW, when I searched the forum I saw that some were having issues with Google Maps. In my case, I had to change this year from a POP account to Gmail so that Google Maps would send addresses to my nav (first in an E70, now a F15).
