Has anyone had their client advisor disappear while they are waiting for their car to ship? I emailed my CA with a question and his email bounced back saying it was no longer a valid account. I texted him and he confirmed that he had left the dealership.
I guess it's not a huge deal but I'm a little perturbed that I didn't get any communication from him or the dealership about a change. This dealership is supposed to be a BMW "center of excellence" for whatever that's worth (probably nothing).
