Some people take their kids to Disney World, some take their dog to a pet resort, and after a few months of less than exhilarating daily driving (relatively speaking, anyway), I took my car to the Black Hills National Forest.
After watching so many reviews where they're driving a 2 series through the mountains, it felt kind of wrong buying a m235 for driving around Kansas, but if not for the spirited commute, a few days on winding roads doing what the car was made for makes it all worth it. This was basically me behind the wheel the entire time.
Such a fun drive and a little jealous of those who have that type of drive in their backyard. Highly recommended, especially Spearfish Canyon, which we drove through twice.
A few pics...
Funny story, a motorcycle drove by in the opposite direction a few seconds after taking this picture. The buffalo came right at us and somehow dodged it at the last second. :confused0068:
