Jacking up the car!

Is there a best way to jack up the car? Don't want to cause any undue damage to the sills so is there a better place to put a trolley jack? Realise there are adapters on ebay from previous posts but won't get it in time now!



Want to remove the wheels this weekend to add some Gtechniq C5 over the Supaguard stuff they put on!
