Problem areas to look for?

Heading to look at a 2009 Z4 sDrive 3.0i in the morning. It is a 6M with about 24,000 miles. What kind of things should I be specifically looking for? It is not at a BMW dealership and the closest one is about 70 miles away. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
