Where to get cracked rim repaired?

Im looking to get an OEM 313 wheel repaired. It has a very small hairline crack on the inner edge approx 2cm in length.



Where is a good shop/person that can repair fast, quality, decent price (and no, $150 is not a decent price!)?



I want the repair primed and/or painted so it's not bare (paint does not need to be perfect by any means).



Any recommendations near the San Fernando Valley?
