07 e92 335i 16k miles for $24500, good idea?

Sport, premium and cold weather package, 7 years car only had 16k miles. Will it cost a lot to maintain and fix? What do you guys think? And I am also thinking about buying the new 2015 wrx base model. What do you guys think?
