Are my tyres rubbing?

I've had my new wheels fitted since Friday and have done about 250 miles this weekend. I've noticed that when I go over a big bump in the road, I hear what can only be described as a brief but very noticeable squeaking sound coming from the rear suspension.

My tyre fitter explained that the suspension would take a few miles to settle after the car being on the ramp - I originally put it down to this but it's still doing it.

The rear wheel sizes are 19x9.5, ET33 and the tyre is 365/30. My car is not lowered, so it's the stock M-sport suspension. I had a look earlier and the gap between the outer side of the tyre and the side of the wheel arch appears to be quite small. However Chris from CM Wheels confidently said I'd have no rubbing issues with these wheels.

This only happens when it's a big bump in the road. Could it be rubbing? I'm confused, the car isn't even lowered! :confused2

If it is rubbing, is it causing any damage to the tyre or wheel arch, and if so what can be done to fix it? If not, what could it be? It's linked to the new wheels, for sure - I never heard it before the new wheels in a year of owning the car.

Thanks in advance :)
