Max AC operation in cold

I was wondering if anyone can confirm this.

Its -23 C or -10F outside and when I try to activate MaxAC button nothing happens. Is that proper behaviour? I know that in fact during summer months it works.



I am trying to determine if something had happened and it needs to go to the dealer for warranty repairs? Thanks in advance.
