As many of us know and some new people are learning...
The vast majority of our cars are brought to us by Wallenius Marine. Aboard ships like Carmen, Tosca, Galveston Highway, Undine, Eurasian Highway, Tonsberg and others.
The Captains and their Crews are people who spend long periods of time on the open sea, away from their friends, family, pets and homes. They work holidays, weekends, birthdays and anniversary's. Their job can sometimes be dangerous, and they work in sweltering heat and freezing conditions.
I personally worked in EMS air transport, I spent many long days and weeks on duty when other people were eating Thanksgiving dinner, enjoying Christmas and taking their kids Trick or Treating.
I would ask any forum member who has a facebook page to send a personal Thank You to your Ship and it's Crew. It's a small gesture that I think they would appreciate.
