Video xvid possible for 2011 e90 M3?

I have been waiting long enough to be able to play Divx or Android system in the existing screen. I have Idrive, tech package, etc. I know I have the old Combox and only have bluetooth phone no audio. I am currently using that wma1100 device to play bluetooth music but I am really hoping I can get something more seamless and fluid. I was wondering if all this talk of NBT is doable or perhaps buying something like this:
