So I have yet to apply window tint, but also want to slap on the M Performance rocker panel decals on my F36 GC. I plan get the window tint people to apply this the same time they do the window tint. Dealership wants to charge me $300, yes THREE HUNDRED deneros to put on a sticker. So that won't be a feasible option.
The part number is #51-14-2-348-911 and is meant to fit the F32 coupe; however I checked that both rocker panels should be the exact same (by looking at the wheel base for both as per their spec sheets).
I have already bought this but am unsure how it will look.
The only reservation against the decals is I have matte chrome window trim instead of high gloss black trim, so I don't want it to clash.
Here is my car in alpine white.
For those of you interested in what the film looks like, here's a F30 (not mine) with the rocker panel film, but has high gloss black shadow line.
