Better deals off MSRP and APR % December/Jan?

I plan to order my f82 silverstone m4 in December or January and have seen some people state they think it'll be easier to get a better deal or more off MSRP at that time. Is that normal case for buying a car in the winter? I've usually purchased my cars in summer or fall.....thanks in advance
