Gtechniq Detail Under a Gazebo

the great british weather can be unreliable at the best of times,

and as i haven't got access to a garage big enough to work in properly.

the choice was either to rent a garage space (expensive) or buy a gazebo.

so i bought a 4.5m x 3m gazebo in white as it allows a decent amount of light to work in.

(i sold the idea of a gazebo to the missus with thoughts of summer garden parties ;))

it isn't too difficult to set up or break down as it weighs a fair bit...

50kgs including the sides!:confused0068:

i fixed it down to the guy rope points with screw in eyes in the house wall, and kerb, plus a couple of heavy containers of water strapped to the legs.

neighbours probably think i'm barking but i've got the other car to do and some some other work that under a canopy makes it much more civilised...

i'm really happy with the results, after touching up some stone chips and sanding back.

machine polishing i did 2 passes, one with megs 'ultimate compound', and then finished with liquid shine 'zero swirl'.

panel wiped down and then sealed my cars paintwork, door shuts, engine plastics and exterior plastic trim with C1.

and after leaving to cure for 12 hrs topped off with C2v3.

i cleaned the interior with W2, treated the leather with L1, C6 matt dash, G5 glass, and carpets with I1.

i've just got the alloys to do, take off, clean, and then coat with what's left of the C1 (C1,C4, and C5 are the same product).
