Hey guys, this is my first post on the F30 forums, though I've been on 2Addicts for a little while. Anyways, I'm planning on getting a loaded up 435i in the very near future, which will be my first BMW. And I just have a few quick questions:
1.) I was looking into doing the ash grain fine wood trim with metal inlay along with the black high-gloss highlight trim for the interior. Is that something that can be done?
2.) What exactly are the differences between the M Sport ($650) brakes and the M Performance ($2300) brakes? After doing some online research, the only differences I could find are that the M Performance brakes offer red, orange, and yellow calipers, instead of blue, the rotors are dimpled and slotted, instead of plain, and the pads might be a different compound (less brake dust). Other than that, are there any other differences?
3.) I'm also looking into the M Performance 624M wheels. I see that they are available in 20x8" and 20x8.5" with 225/35/20 and 225/30/20 tires for the 435i. And available in 19x7.5" and 19x8" with 225/35/19 and 245/30/19 tires for the M235i. Would I be able to get the 19" version for the 435i (I'm not too keen on 20" wheels, plus I like the staggered tire setup for the 19" set)?
4.) The 435i with the M Sport line comes with the M Sport suspension, but I was also looking at the Adaptive M suspension. What exactly is the difference, other than active damping on the Adaptive M suspension? I was also planning on doing the M Performance suspension, so would I still be able to do that with the Adaptive M suspension? Or is that something I'd only be able to do with the M Sport suspension?
