I've had my 135i for 4 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it, blown engine and all. The new engine is great, but it may be time to say bye to her. The dealer has a 2013 X1 (135) and since the 135i is my only car, it has proven to be challenging getting items into the car. The X1 offers more room for people and cargo. I'm going down there tomorrow to work out a deal. The car has the Premium Package, Technology Package, and a few other bells and whistles.
I hope I am not making a mistake but will know better after I spend a day or so driving the X. The only thing I don't like about the car are the seats. The car has "comfort " seats and I sure do like the sport seats in my car. Hopefully my back will be able to tolerate the "comfort" seats.
If i do get it, this will be my third BMW. I started in a Z4, then the 135i. All the vehicles have been great in their particular way. One thing that can not be overstated are the excellent warranty and maintenance programs offered by BMW.
Wish me luck in making the right decision.:sigh:
