I need some advice off you guys if possible, my brother has bought an AUC mini on a PCP from a mini dealership. He couldn't get finance through mini so they got it through blackhorse for him, to cut it short he told the salesman he wanted 10K miles per year (quoted via email) and this is what he was told he was getting. He picked the car up and completed the paperwork with the blackhorse finance guy and happy days and taken the car.
He was going over the finance paperwork and it says his mileage allowance it 6000 per year, this is what he never agreed and was never told of the change. He contacted Blackhorse who intern told him to contact mini, to which there kind of washed there hands of it saying you've signed the paperwork. Which in my opinion is piss poor service.
He's contacted advice services who think he has a good case, I've told him to see a solicitor. But do you think there is an easy way of sorting it out?
