Simple question about changing language

Was riding in a friend's pre-LCI, non-iDrive e90 today and noticed that the stereo display was set to German. Is this easy to change?



Looked in my manual and searched here for an hour before giving up. Sorry for noob question. My car is also non-iDrive, by the way. I would like to change the language to Nederlands (Dutch).
