Which Angel eyes?

I know this topic has been discussed a thousand times but I'm a little confused on which to get.

I was initially deciding between the Lux V4 or the DTEC V9.5 but having read various posts of flickering on the Lux and also poor customer service on the DTEC I was wanting to know what other options are available without getting the headlights pulled apart?
