3 stage intake manifold?

My 328i E90 sedan is bone stock...



Im planning to upgrade and i was considering the 3 Stage intake manifold...



Is it a noticeable performance upgrade? and if i install it, should i get a tune?



Im pondering what should i do for more power:confused2
