Up for lease assumption is my beloved Monte Carlo Blue 2012 BMW X5M. I thought I would re-post the ad here in case any of the M3 guys are interested.
Lease Details:
1) Payment: $1020 (Before tax)
2) Original Contract: 3yr/10,000 miles per year
3) Current Mileage: ~10,500
4) Months Remaining: 17 (as of May)
5) Miles Per Month Remaining: ~1,500/month
Terms:
1) Vehicle will be available for assumption as of June.
2) I am looking for $3,500 due to the ultra low payment (not to mention being under mileage). The extras that will be included with the vehicle are a bonus.
3) The payment listed is before tax (since that will depend on your location). FYI, total payment with tax for Los Angeles County is $1,111.95
4) Buyer is responsible for the lease transfer fee, and, if applicable, shipping.
